Mr. Stickley is the General Counsel and oversees all legal aspects of the company and its services.  He is also responsible for the supervision of the Eastern North Carolina operations of the Company.

Walter was  a partner in Alliance Management Corporation where he was Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the firm until 1993, when the company was merged and sold to Barlow & Associates, Inc.. He was also Senior Counsel for the Rohm and Haas Company (now Dow Chemical Company) and later was appointed to head the legal department of the PQ Corporation as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.   Walter has been actively engaged in the consultation and management of Community Associations, and also consults with several international firms in the areas of environmental law, logistics, international trade, employment law and corporate governance.  Walter is a member in good standing of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Walter is a graduate of Villanova University and the Villanova University School of Law.  He currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina.
