KA DIEHL has been awarded the prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) Designation from the Community Associations Institute. Among the criteria to receive this designation are:

• Have a supervisor that has attained the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. At KA DIEHL we are one of only a handful of firms in the Country that have more than seven PCAM's on staff!
• Have 75% of the company's managers holding a professional designation. At KA DIEHL all our senior managers hold multiple professional designations.
• Maintain fidelity, general liability, and worker's compensation insurance meeting federal, state, and local laws.
• Meet continuing education requirements.
• Maintain separate bank accounts for each association, which are reconciled monthly.
• Have Boards acknowledge investments and disbursement of reserve funds.
• Provide, monthly, a balance sheet, income statement, budget comparison, statement of disbursement, and receivables report. At KA DIEHL this is all prepared by a highly trained accounting staff.
• All company personnel must comply with the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics.

All our senior managers at KA DIEHL are Certified. They all hold the highest designations available in the Community Association Management field, the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®);  Association Manager Specialist (AMS®); and, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations. How about the critical area of financial management?
Who will be producing the financial reports and checks, the lifeblood of your Association? At KA DIEHL this is overseen by one of the co-owners and a large, diversified accounting staff, with over twenty years experience

Do you pay more for our qualified staff?
Not really, if you compare the bottom line costs. And, shouldn't all management firms provide education, experience and ethics as a regular part of their service.

How are we able to do this?
It's really very simple, we choose to manage only Associations with dedicated Boards. We then work more efficiently as a result of better systems and equipment. Our office is highly automated, featuring high-speed folder/inserting, postage systems, relational database, and accounting systems designed specifically for the work we do.

Flat Fee Pricing
KA DIEHL realizes you have many choices for  Management. Many firms, not specifically dedicated to Association Management, will quote a low (all in) price, but is that really everything you will pay? Our services are quoted on a flat fee basis with fully disclosed admininstration expenses. The contract price is what our clients pay for additional management services and admininstrative charges are only reimbursements for supplies or services which include:
