KELLIE A. DIEHL, CMCA®, PCAM®
Ms. Diehl is the founding partner of KA Diehl & Associates.
Prior to forming KA Diehl in 2002 Kellie was the head of Quadrant/CCMC a National Property Management Company providing services to over 125 Community Associations in the Myrtle Beach Area. Kellie started her career in 1985 with Barlow & Associates where she has served as Community Manager, Regional Director and Regional Vice President. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA), holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designations. She was a Board Member and President of the Community Associations Institute Greater Delaware Valley Chapter from 1994 to 1998, and has been active in the South Carolina Chapter of CAI since relocating to the area in 1999.
Kellie is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and resides in Pawleys Island area with her husband Dave.
ROBERT E. BARLOW, JR., CIRMS�, PCAM®
Mr. Barlow is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all operations of the company.
Prior to joining KA DIEHL, Rob worked for a national insurance broker specializing in community associations and owned and was a 15 year owner operator of Barlow & Associates, Inc.; a 25-year-old family owned business that was sold in 1999. Barlow & Associates specialized in association management to over 150 client associations and 20,000 homes throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Rob is involved on both the local and national levels of CAI, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) and Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS®) designations. In addition, he serves on CAI's National Board of Trustees, CAI New Jersey's Board of Directors and was Chairman of the CAI National Business Partners Council and Insurance Advisory Board . Rob is a current member of the CEO-MC, Insurance Risk and Manager Designation Committees, as well as a past member of the CAI National Credentials Council.
Rob is a graduate of Eastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Business Administration, and a minor in Finance. Rob and his wife Robin have three children, Jena, Justin and their newest addition, Alana.
JACK BOSELLI, PCAM®
Mr. Boselli is the Chief Financial Officer and oversees all financial aspects of the company and its services.
Jack was also a partner in Barlow & Associates, Inc. he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 1997, when the company was merged and sold to a large Property Management Company. He then moved to the investment field as Community Association Program Director with Raymond James a National Investment House. Jack has been actively engaged in the consultation and management of Community Associations for over twenty (20) years. Jack has been involved on both the local and national levels of The Community Associations Institute (CAI), as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations.
Jack is a graduate of Widener University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. Jack and his wife Meg have three children; Danny, Jacqueline, and Dave
VICKI GALLAGHER , CMCA®, PCAM®
Ms. Gallagher is Vice President . She is responsible for the supervision of the Community Managers, staffing and all Association Management functions of the corporation.
Vicki has been with KA Diehl for over six (6) years during which she has served as Senior Manager and Vice President. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA) and holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations . Prior to joining KA Diehl, Vicki worked for over ten (10) years with Quadrant , Inc. and then through acquisition, CCMC as a Portfolio Manager.
Vicki has lived and worked in the Myrtle Beach area for over 18 years, and currently resides in the Myrtle Beach area with her husband Tim and 14 year old son Shawn
ERIC C. AULT, CMCA®
Mr. Ault is Director of Property Services. He is responsible for the supervision of the on-site maintenance staff, Vendor Program and Watchmen Services.
Eric recently joined KA Diehl, having spent the last five years working for a National Homebuilder, where he served as a Land Development Project Manager, overseeing civil and utilities construction on multiple sites. Eric brings us a varied background with education and experience in fields such as Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Golf Course Design, and Information Technologies.
He is involved in most large construction projects taking place on owner properties, coordinating various service programs for our property owners, as well as organizing workshops and training seminars for over 100 on-site employees.
Eric has been visiting Myrtle Beach for over 40 years, and for the last 4 years has lived here full time with his wife Cecilia, and two children.
ROBIN L. BARLOW, CIRMS
Robin is the Company Insurance Consultant with ADP Statewide Insurance Affiliates. In this role she specializes in supervision and renewal of insurance products and services specifically for KA Diehl & Associates in South Carolina. She has been actively engaged in insurance sales and consultation of Community Associations for the past ten (10) years.
Prior to her affiliation with KA Diehl, Robin worked for Wachovia Insurance Services where she was the coordinator of their Community Association Team in the Northeast. Robin also worked as Vice President with Brown & Brown Insurance where she managed a portfolio of over 400 Associations and $25 million in insurance premium . She was the administrator to the Managers Insurance Council where she directed specialty insurance services to their clients including an annual Risk Management Seminar for over 100 managers. In March of 2003 Robin was one of the first in the country to receive the Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) Designation (Pin Number 4).
Robin is involved on both the local and national levels of The Community Associations Institute (CAI). On a national level, Robin is a current member of the Insurance and Risk Management Committee and has assisted in the re-write of the M330, a two day insurance education program written specifically to educate managers and insurance professional of community associations. Locally she is involved in speaking engagements on association insurance and risk management, written articles for the NJ CAI Community Trends as well as being asked to do various speaking engagements on risk management in Community Associations.
Robin is a graduate of Rutgers University. Robin and her husband Rob have three children, Jena, Justin and their newest addition, Alana.
LYNN WHEELER
Ms Wheeler is the Accounting Manager/Controller and oversees our accounting department and all financial policies and procedures for the Associations we manage.
Lynn is in charge of maintaining the bank accounts of the Associations and making investments on the direction of the boards. She works in conjunction with auditors to assure that Association financials are in compliance with non-profit community association standards. Lynn has been with K.A. Diehl and Associates since 2003.
Lynn is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree majoring in Accounting. She brings over twenty years of experience in the accounting field.
Lynn and her husband Mike currently live in Pawleys Island.
MELVIN A. RENKEY , CMCA®, PCAM®
Mr. Renkey is General Manager Resort Operations. He is responsible for the supervision of the Resort Operations of the Company .
Mel has been with KA Diehl for over five years during where he has served as General Manager of the Myrtle Beach Resort. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA), holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations. He is involved in many local organizations and also responsible for organizing various workshops and training seminars for our over 100 on-site employees. Prior to joining KA Diehl, Mel brings to us over 30 years of contract negotiation experience with a multi National Tele-Communication company.
Mel has lived and worked in the Myrtle Beach area for over 30 years, and currently resides in the Myrtle Beach area with his wife Maria who also works with KA Diehl as our property services coordinator
BECKIE ABEL, CMCA®, PCAM®
Ms. Abel is Senior Community Manager of K.A. Diehl & Associates. She is responsible for the supervision of the Management staff in the Murrells Inlet office.
Beckie has been with KA Diehl for over five years during which she worked as both Kellie and Vicki's Assistant Manager and grew with the company. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA), holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association (PCAM) designations. She has been involved with the local CAI Chapter and assisted in organizing several educational luncheons. She was also asked to do an article for Common Grounds, a monthly newsletter magazine sponsored by CAI.
Prior to joining KA Diehl, Beckie worked for over ten (10) years with Quadrant , Inc. and then through acquisition, CCMC as a Portfolio Manager.
Beckie has lived and worked in the Myrtle Beach area for over 13 years, and currently resides in the Myrtle Beach with her husband of 38 years.
