Kim Kuha is a Community Manager working out of our Northeastern Pennsylvania office Covington Township, PA.

Kim is responsible for managing four communites along with providing onsite accounting functions.

She recently joined K.A. Diehl through the Appletree acquisition.   She is a Certiifed Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and hold the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.

During her nine years with Appletree Managemnt Group, Inc., she provided off site association management as  well as managing the accounts payable department for twenty five(25) communites and  four (4) corporate accounts.

Kim is an active supporter of  the Western Wayne Little League as well as a Board member of the Jr. Football league.

She resides in Hamlin, PA with her husband Gerard and son Alexander.
