Ms. Diehl is the founding partner of KA Diehl & Associates. 

Prior to forming KA Diehl in 2002 Kellie was the head of Quadrant/CCMC a National Property Management Company providing services to over 125 Community Associations in the Myrtle Beach Area.  Kellie started her career in 1985 with Barlow & Associates where she has served as Community Manager, Regional Director and Regional Vice President.  She has passd all necessary requirements and attained her Certified Manager of Community Associations, (CMCA), holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designations.  She was a Board Member and President of the Community Associations Institute Greater Delaware Valley Chapter from 1994 to 1998, and has been active in the South Carolina Chapter of CAI since relocating to the area in 1999.

Kellie is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and resides in Pawley's Island area.
