Normal work hours are defined as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with after hours Customer Service & Support available to service clients via phone or through e-mail, with the exception of New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
