Mr. Ott is an Association Advisor for the Company in our Northeastern Pennsylvania division.  He is responsible for assisting and supporting our Senior Manager's and clients in this division as well as expanding the marketplace for K.A. Diehl's services in the region.

Jim comes to us with over thirty (30) years of direct experience in the Community Association and Resort (Ski, Golf, Waterfront) Management Industry.  He is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and has earned his Large Scale Community Management (LSM) certification.  He has also been a past National Trustee for CAI and has lectured in the US and abroad on Community Association trends and organization.  Prior to joining K.A. Diehl, Jim and his wife were the principals of Appletree Management Group, Inc., AAMC® in Covington Township, Pennsylvania.

Jim and his wife, Deborah reside full time in Moscow, Pennsylvania and have a vacation residence in Charleston, South Carolina.  They have a 31 year old daughter, Jaclyn, who is a West Point and University of South Carolina graduate who resides and works in Washington, D.C.
