Mr. Ault is Director of Property Services.  He is responsible for the supervision of the on-site and roving maintenance staff, Vendor Program and Watchmen Services as well as our Technology and Website Integration.

Eric joined KA Diehl, in 2009 having spent the pervious five years working for a National Homebuilder, where he served as a Land Development Project Manager, overseeing civil and utilities construction on multiple sites.  Eric brings us a varied background with education and experience in fields such as Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Golf Course Design, and Information Technologies.

He is involved in most large construction projects taking place on owner properties, coordinating various service programs for our property owners, as well as organizing workshops and training seminars for over 100 on-site employees.

Eric has been visiting Myrtle Beach for over 40 years, and for the last 7 years has lived here full time with his wife Cecilia, and two children
