Denise Dakoulis is Regional Director for K.A. Diehl.  She is responsible for the development and supervision of our portfolio in and around Wilmington North Carolina.    

Denise started with K.A. Diehl in early 2010 and is a licensed real estate Broker in North Carolina.  She has been involved in the Wilmington our area in both a professional and personal level for 17 years.   Denise's philosophy is to provide our clients with the highest level of services helping to ensure the value of their investment.

Prior to joining K.A. Diehl, Denise brings to us over 17 years of experience in the real estate and legal industry.
