Mr. Timko is the Community Manager at Pocono Farms Country Club Association Inc., In Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the supervision of all on-site staffing and all Association Management functions of the Pocono Farms HOA and Golf Club, including the members clubhouse, banquet facilities, all sporting facilities, 11 acre lake, the community and fitness center, and 18 hole championship golf course and practice facilities. The property itself consists of 1,453 improved lots and another 225 unimproved lots.

Dave recently joined KA Diehl. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and is pursuing the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Prior to joining KA Diehl through the Appletree Management merger, Dave was previously the Assistant General Manager at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort prior to joining the Appletree Management Team in March of 2008.

Dave and his wife Terri live in Shawnee on Delaware, PA. with their two children, Kaitlynn (15) and Zachary (13), along with their black lab Maggie and cat Missy. Dave is the President and Assistant Chief of the Shawnee Volunteer Fire Company where he has been an active member for 21 years. Dave is also a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), and is active in the CAI regional events, as well as joining the regional council in 2011 to promote CAI events and membership.
