Ms. Cottle is the Human Resources Director for KA Diehl.  She oversees payroll and human resource administration for our company out of the Northeastern PA Regional Office.

Ashley recently joined the KA Diehl team through the Appletree acquisition. Prior to the merger, she was responsible for payroll and human resource administration for over 250 employees throughout Appletree and their managed communities, which also included a ski area in the Poconos.  Ashley also co-managed a seasonal convenience store within one of the communities for eight (8) years.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from the University of Scranton, and plans to pursue her Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification.

Ashley and her fiancé Larry live in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
